Limited check ins: email and texting
30 minute monthly meetings: education, performance check ins, technique reviews, mental framework, and season reviews
Race: preparation and strategy
Price - $200 per month

Platinum Level

Our Process
Our coaching process is designed to be effective, engaging, and tailored to your individual running needs.
Assessment
Personal Evaluation
We ask you to fill out and submit a free questionnaire to Louco Coaching. We utilize this to understand your background and guide our first call. With this we will contact you to set up a free introductory call to discuss the questionnaire and discover how we can best support you. This will be the start of building our relationship and building trust in the plan ahead. This will be a main driver to help us coach you towards your goals.
Training Sessions
Training Plans
All aspects of training must blend together as they build on each other. We start by clearly defining what we are training for. As we begin training, we make sure to establish a solid foundation so the body is primed to absorb the goal-specific workouts. Then, we will balance high intensity days with the recovery days to optimize adaptation.
At Louco Coaching, we specialize in understanding how your training is affecting you. With this knowledge, we continue refining the process to create the best possible opportunity for success in your goal races.
