Our Philosophy
Louco Coaching offers personalized coaching programs that focus on developing the strength of your aerobic system. We focus on aerobic capacity, training the pathways in your body to help you run faster and farther. While our main focus is on your aerobic capacity development, we understand the importance of becoming a more powerful and faster athlete. That's why strength training and speed work are also key components in all our coaching programs. We compile every element a professional endurance athlete needs for success and design a plan to maximize impact. We do this by an extensive review of the athlete's history and current workouts. We start with targeted workouts to gather data, then constantly reevaluate future workouts through feedback. These specialized techniques allow you to be confident and perform your best on race day!
